Events Support and Logistics

VMD UK have a highly reputable presence on the event and festival circuit. We are familiar with those small issues that could become costly or time consuming due to our experience with event organisers, project managers, rigging crew etc.

VMD UK go above and beyond the service of safely moving your goods from one place to another as we pay attention to detail in every way.

We personalise the move in our initial consultation, right the way to how carefully your belongings are wrapped, packed and tied to the van. We even have hand wipes and sanitisers in all our vans as Dan is very particular on hygiene.

All of our vans are completely fitted to securely tie and fasten belongings, along with the necessary blankets and ties.

We organise your belongings into our vans in the traditional way to insure everything is fastened correctly.

Our team are highly creditable, friendly, hardworking and efficient. We will never send you a miserable, lazy van man as all of our team are intensely interviewed to create a happy and cool team with experience and the right attitude. This way we can deliver a seamless, precise and organised service for your possessions.

Platinum Service: Full packing and moving service

Instead of spending days of your precious time preparing your items to endure a move, simply allow us to do the following:

  • A consultation in your home to discuss your requirements or any added specific details to construct a meticulous moving plan.
  • Carefully pack and label your precious belongings 24 hours before your move.
  • Safely transport your belongings to your new home.
    Unload all of your boxes into the right rooms.
  • Disposal of any unwanted furniture, packaging and rubbish.

Gold Service: Man and Van service

Gold service: Man and Van service.

We completely understand if you would prefer to organise and pack your own goods. In this case, take the gold service which includes the following:

  • Careful loading of your furniture and items onto our vans.
  • Safely transport your belongings to your new home.
  • Disposal of any unwanted furniture, packaging and rubbish.

Consultation with client to compile an agreed plan
Packaging service as we have all the specialist boxes and equipment necessary to safely pack fragile goods, office furniture and files (if required)

  • Unpacking of all items to the right place as specified in the agreed plan
  • Safe delivery of your items throughout the UK
  • If necessary we can dispose of old or unwanted furniture or files.

Events Support and Logistics

  • Safe transportation of equipment, stages, bars, pop up kitchens….
  • Technical support and set up of stages, bars, bell tents and poop up kitchens.
  • Event staff to support rigging, stage set-up
  • Event staff for front of house
Designers and Artists

We have years of experience working in this specialist field and pay up most attention to every detail which ensures a safe seamingless delivery. We understand how important and special your artwork, installations, furniture or projects are to you.

Each and every project is unique so the importance of a detailed consultation is paramount for this service. We devise a specialist plan working closely with the client to ensure that every angle is covered.

We also offer short term storage in our secure premises. Our London based storage is manned 24/7 by security and CCTV to maximise security and peace of mind. There are a variety of storage solutions ranging from small lockers up to 400 sq. ft. space. Whatever your requirements we can find the right solution for you!
